A bourbon and maple forward riff on the classic bloody mary

- 1–1/2 oz Maker’s Mark 101
- 1/2 oz Canadian maple syrup
- 3–1/2 oz New Moon Rising Bloody Mary Mix – Recipe Below vvv
- 16 oz tomato juice
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 4 oz original V-8
- 1 oz pulp free orange juice
- 5 oz Worcestershire sauce – more to taste
- 1 oz Maggi Jugo Sazonador seasoning sauce
- 1 TBL Tabasco sauce
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 2 cubes Demerara sugar
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- Add the bourbon, maple syrup and the mix to a shaker with ice
- Shake briefly, strain and pour over ice in a double rocks glass
