Painkiller For Two
Navy Rum, pineapple, orange and coconut with nutmeg for two

Ingredients

- 4, 6 or 8 ounces Pusser’s British Navy Rum (makes 2)
- 8 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz orange juice
- 2 oz cream of coconut
- Big pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- Pineapple wedge garnish – optional
- 1 whole ripe pineapple
Instructions
- Cut the top off the pineapple and set aside
- Cut the core and center of the pineapple to make your container
- Juice the pineapple and reserve
- Add rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and cream of coconut to an ice filled shaker
- Add a few cubes of ice to the pineapple shell
- Shake well to combine the ingredients and pour into the pineapple shell
- Insert two straws and garnish with two parasol pics
- Place the pineapple top partially over the shell and secure wih bamboo pics
- Sprinkle with nutmeg and enjoy!
