Lavender and sparkling wine for a celebratory toast – or just to sip!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 – 1/2 oz lavender syrup
  • 4–5 oz Spanish Cava or Prosecco
  • Lemon peel – garnish optional

 

Instructions

  1. Pour the syrup into a champagne flute or a coupe glass
  2. Pour over the sparkling wine or champagne to mix
