The strength and duration of the effect however, is determined by total alcohol intake. An ounce of alcohol is an ounce of alcohol regardless of how it’s delivered.
Lavender is a light blueish purple flowering plant in the mint family. There are many varieties but English lavender is most common for use in cooking. - 1/4 – 1/2 oz lavender syrup
- 4–5 oz Spanish Cava or Prosecco
- Lemon peel – garnish optional
- Pour the syrup into a champagne flute or a coupe glass
- Pour over the sparkling wine or champagne to mix
