Lemon peel – garnish

Instructions

Premix the calvados, ginger honey syrup and bitters in a mixing glass
Fill a single rocks glass with ice cubes
Pour the drink over the ice
Express and drop the orange and lemon peel into the glass
Garnish with a skewered piece of candied ginger
