A 3 gin blend martini garnished with dill weed and chive oil.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 oz of equal parts Botanist, Beefeater and Bombay Sapphire gins – blended and stored in the freezer
  • 1/4 oz Noilly Prat dry vermouth – chilled
  • Chive Oil – 1 eyedropper full
    • 2 oz fresh chives, blended with 1 cup avocado oil – rested 2 days and strained
  • Dill Weed – Garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend the gins and store in the freezer
  2. Freeze a classic martini glass
  3. Pour the vermouth into the glass and rotate to coat the interior
  4. Gently pour the gin into the glass
  5. Garnish with dill weed
  6. Gently dot the surface of the gin using an eyedropper

Serving: Suggest a nip of dill weed following a sip of martini
