Sotol, Creme de Violette, Chile Pepper Syrup and Cuttlefish Ink

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz Sotol
  • 3/4 oz Creme de Violette
  • 3/4 oz chile infused simple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp cuttlefish ink -or- activated charcoal
  • Flower Garnish

Instructions

  1. Add everything to a shaker with ice
  2. Shake, strain and pour into a Nick and Nora Glass
  3. Garnish with a white flower
